    Hi,
This is Sampth, I found this site intersted one as I was a native of manthani from 1986 to 1991. After long time I just wanted to have a look about manthani, then I found this, I appreciate the job done by you. I feel if you add the search option to find the people belongs to Manthani then thats a great achievement for all of us.

Hello, I am delighted to have found this website. On my recent vacation (as early as 2nd week of April 2010), I had been to Manthani. I had taken so many pictures of the temple there (which is in ruins right now and the Godavari River is completely dried up.

Anyway…nice to have found this website.

    Hi
I am not from Manthani . I came to this site due to news item in Eanadu about Manthani Chef Marupaka Muddula Ravi. I am from Andhra and I do lot of reserach on Andhra food as hobby. I was not aware that Manthani is famous for food. How can I know more about it.All the recipes you have shown are standrd dishes from Andhra. Is there any special in in this ? Is there any old resturant in Manthani where I can taste the Manthani food ( I live in UK but next time when I am in India I will go there) Is there any influence of Marathi food on Manthani cooking as it is close to Maharastra. Is there any book on Manthani Recipes. I understand based on quick internet research that Manthani has lot of Bramhins . I guess we can have lot veg recipes ( I am veggie) . Please send me your response

    Thanks
    Ram
